You’ll receive full access to view each of my packages and complete galleries to peruse. Meeting “face-to-face” is uber important, and is required before we move further along the booking process.

It’s time to Zoom, FaceTime, and/or Skype. This used to be way more awkward pre-2020 but now, feel free to show up in your pjs with a coffee mug full of whisky. I might be doing the same soooo, no judgments. This isn’t a sales pitch AT ALL. In fact, I won’t even mention my pricing unless you ask. It’s literally just an opportunity to chat and make sure that I’m the right wedding photographer to document your day.

I’ll send you a follow up email after we video chat. It’ll reiterate what we talked about plus answer any additional questions you might have had. I’ll also share a sample contract with you so there’s zero surprises.Sharing this contract with you ahead of time ensures you have an opportunity to read through it and ask questions in a no-pressure environment before making any decisions. Ah, transparency. You gotta love it.

Booking!
You’ll get a contract straight to your inbox. To hold your date, all you need to do is sign and submit with a non-refundable retainer payment. Your confirmation email will come back to you with my exclusive Wedding Planning Guide (or a more general guide if you’re not gettin’ hitched) and a timeline so you know what to expect.

Planning begins in earnest!
I don’t limit how many emails you can send, how many phone calls we have, or how often you see my face over video. We’ll discuss your expectations, goals, and plans for your day and then create a preliminary timeline. I’ll share vendor recommendations, location suggestions, activities, accommodations, and even wedding venues if you haven’t made it that far.

THE BIG DAY
Whether it’s a lifestyle session, elopement, or wedding, it’s still a big day. If I’m shooting at a new-to-me-venue, I’ll arrive at least one hour early to walk around the property and scope out all the good spots. Because we nailed all the pre-planning, the day will go off without a hitch and you’ll have the best time ever.

Sneak peeks! Sneak peeks! Sneak peeks!
Listen, I’m just as excited to go through your photos as you are to see them which is why I always include sneak peeks. With any package, you’ll receive a handful within one business week. For wedding and elopements, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery containing 50-100 images within two business weeks.

FINAL GALLERY
You’ll receive your final gallery within 6-8 weeks for lifestyle sessions, or up to 10 weeks for elopements and weddings. So how does it work? Every photo included will be high-res and fully edited. There are no watermarks and unlimited downloads. Feel free to share your PIN with all of those important people in your life so they can see the magic as well.

Your photos deserve to be seen, touched, held. Make sure they don’t live on a hard drive for the rest of existence and turn them into a beautiful heirloom album instead.

how many photos will i receive?
Every wedding, elopement, and couple's session is different so it's hard to give a tried-and-true number!
I promise though you'll get all the good ones. I don't believe in proofing galleries or making you pay more for additional, unwatermarked images. You'll get the best of the best to remember your day by!

what happens if you can't make it to our wedding?
It would literally take an act of God or a life-threatening accident/illness to keep me from your wedding. However, if it came down to the worst case scenario, I would find another photographer I trust completely to capture your day, although I'm not legally bound to do so.
If I'm unable to photograph your wedding, all money would be refunded.

do you help in the planning process?
Oh gosh, yes.
I don't expect you to know when the best light to photograph occurs, or how long family portraits might take, or what an 8 hour timeline might look like.
The best photos come from the best planning so ask away. I want to be involved every step of the way to ensure your wedding day or session goes off better than you could have ever imagined (or so your photos will show).

First things first, fill out my contact form! Please do not directly email me with your inquiry as I'll just redirect you to my contact page to fill out my form first. There's a lot of important info I need to know right off the bat!
After that, we'll schedule a video call consultation to make sure we all click and vibe and like each other and etc etc. If all looks good on both ends, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer paid to officially hold your date.
No dates are held without those two items so just bear in mind that although we may be emailing, your date can disappear at any time.

never hurts to ask for a discount...right?
Tell you what: when I can successfully bargain a discount for my groceries, mortgage, utility bills, etc., I'll consider offering you the same discount! But until then...no.
Please don't ask me. It makes things awkward because it shows that you don't value my work. I will gladly offer payment plans to help you stick to your monthly budget but will not discount overall package costs.
